1. Where is the Sun coming from?
Sun will be coming toward Brooklyn Bridge.

2. Where is the approach (pedestrian and vehicular)?
From Peck Slip, Front Street and South Street.

3. Will people walk, take taxi, public transportation?. Trains A, C, Z, M and 3. Also buses such as X90, M15, M9, X25, B51, M22 & M15 stop on Pearl Street

4. Where is it is the quietest or noisiest?
It’s really quite around the site and you basically would not hear any noises.

5. Is there a change in grade?
No

6. Are there views?
Brooklyn Bridge and toward the city.

7. Are these views good or bad?
There are good views toward river and Brooklyn Bridge

8. Where will you enter the building- why?
I think it would be better to have the entrance from the Front St. and Peck Slip

9. Is there open space and how will it be used?
No there are not any

10. What are the heights of the surrounding buildings?
There are three to five stories high

11. Does this interfere with you building or how can your building respond?
No, it’s actually help my building to have a better look of Brooklyn bridge

12.How to you attempt to fit you building on the site?
I would use as much square footage as I can. This way I can have better spaces

13. What type of materials are in the neighborhood buildings?
Brown beak, glass and metal curtain walls.

14. How do you want your building to impact the neighborhood?
I want to make a sculptural building to be known into that landmark area.
